Basic screening followed by phone interviews, first with a recruiter and then hiring team, business partners and hiring manager. At least 3 rounds before a decision was finalized. Due to location and COVID, all interviewing was virtual but didn’t impact the quality of the process overall.

the interview process comprised 2 rounds of face to face interviews with senior members of the HR team and the HR head. very pleasant, conversational interviewing experience. questions were mostly around past experience and why I was interested in this particular role.
