Very difficult to get past the next hiring process level even if you have a referral from a current employee. I have continuously applied with no luck. They are pretty quick with responding to you if you have been declined or not

Recruiter Olga reached out to me. I went through three stages of the interview process: a 45-minute call with her, a language test, and an interview with the hiring manager.
One internal recruiter. Very standoffish but no idea why. Personally didn’t want to find out what the rest of the business was like if this is how a business wants to present itself. Decided not to move forward based on the experience.
