my professor referred to philips to make my internship. After that they call me directly by their hr. Therefore I did not see any struggle steps to call for interview. I did not applied their marketing internship position via internet.

Applied on LinkedIn with Cover Letter and Resume, HireVue Interview (typing, no video), very easy and quick heard back in a timely matter for each round. Just prepare with questions below-- easy first round
It was conducted through the HireVue platform, which included two main components: a pre-set video interview and a gamified assessment.The entire process was efficient and well-structured, and I felt supported throughout by the clear instructions and the ability to complete the assessment at my own pace. The gamified aspect made the process enjoyable, while the video interview gave me the opportunity to present myself authentically.
