Applied for the role online and received a call from the Campus Recruiter the following day to arrange a telephone interview. Had the telephone interview the following day and invited to an assessment centre the following week. The assessment centre consisted of a brief overview of the company and each candidate. Then split into two groups and had 30 mins to review a case study and give a 10 mins presentation. Lunch, then 1-2-1 interview which was very laid back and then given 5 mins to prepare a 1-minute elevator speech in front the panel of 10 assessors.
