After passing the Initial interview at HR they normally ask basic stuff like "tell something about yourself" and "How do you see yourself 5 years from now", the next will be Assessment Exam (Personality, Abstract, Math and English) after passing you will be invited for a Final Interview where they will assess you previous work experience and what can you contribute to the company.
