It was a quick process but they were very forthcoming with how it would work. They asked good questions of me, followed up to my answers, and allowed me to ask questions of them.

Lots of applicants be prepared to not get an initial call for an interview for at least 3-6 weeks. They brought in groups when I interviewed and motored through 50/70 people. They held 3 days of group interviews initially brought in 150 people, after round 1 they knocked it down to 20. Did 2 more phone interviews and accepted the job.
It was a group interview process. There was four interviewees with 2 interviewers. Questions were wide ranging and pretty laid back. Gauged past experience with personal interests to see fit.
