Kept rescheduling without warning and wasted time. Clearly didn't read my resume or brief the associate because they asked inappropriate questions. Karl (COO) is condescending and rude. Not sure how they are staying in operation since they only have one person working full time, but makes sense since they've had the same job openings posted for the past 9+ months. Also very unprofessional--the ag community in the Davis-Sacramento area is small and talkative, so the fact that they have ghosted multiple candidates from the area is sus.
