This is a walk-in-drive happened in OCT (2023) at vizag phenom. it has 4 rounds 1. Written Test 2. GD round 3. Technical Interview 4 . HR round The written test part has some apt and some tech questions . Actually The written test part would have been computer based rather than written form. If its computer based the Score will be given based on the correct answers given by Candidate . But definitely from what i heard around some people (Not all) who knows the Employees from company has got an advantage in paper correction and given scores . Which is a major thing . Phenom is definitely a great company and every freshers want to start their career . But i feel everyone would have given equal oppurtunity in every round whether its a paper correction or HR rounds . The company doesn't want to happen it like that but company would have taken care few things like paper correction part etc in the interview process . I just feel everyone would have given opportunity in the interview process .
