Its a very nice experience, there are different kind of interviewers and four rounds of interview. Every round has different kind of questions on technical, functional, pre-sales, project management, Program Management etc. Each interviewer wearing different hats based on there experience and expertise. Its really challenging and exploring us as an interviewer.

Had 5 rounds of interviews. First one is telephonic screening. The rest are all with the leadership team. Interview 1 - Director Implementations Interview 2 - Director Program Management Interview 3 - VP, OGD Interview 4 - Exec Director, OGD
