I had a phone interview 1 week after I applied. We discussed high-level qualifications and some questions regarding the role. Within 2 weeks after the first call, I had an in-person with the hiring manager, a potential co-worker, and the COO. Immediately after the in-person, I was given an offer and accepted it.
