I saw a job posting on Indeed for a IT role at Pharmavite so I applied. About an hour later, their talent acquisition reached out for me to answer more questions. Then the next day, they sent me a email for a virtual interview where the day and time was already chosen for me. The interview was through Microsoft Teams and it was just going over the basic like why you want to leave, your skills, answering some technical questions, your goal and also telling you about the company. They next step would be a onsite interview if you were selected but I knew my experience and skill was not what they were looking for. This company is fully a Microsoft company so make sure you know Office 365, Azure and Microsoft products.
