interview through out two days, with 8 personal from different department.Not much question, but want to know what kind of person you are and what is your capability. Overall average difficulty.

The interview process was extremely long. Phone screen with HR, phone interview with hiring manager, in person interview (6 1:1 interviews, lunch interview with team). Then they throw a curve ball a day before the on-site interview that i needed to do a 30 minute presentation. Then they asked for a writing sample. I mean it’s crazy how long and and burdensome the interview process was. Do they think this is a leadership position? I turned down the position. The company interviewed like they wanted a seasoned professional but offered the salary of an entry level professional.
