Pharma Logistics has hands down been one of the best interviewing experiences I have had. From the first phone call, the recruiter, Monica, was really invested in what I had to say, and she gave me sufficient insight on the company and what to expect if we were to proceed further. The interview consisted of three people: Monica, Christina, and Jennifer (role reports to her). The style it was conducted in was very impressive, and I loved how interactive it was. Instead of simply asking questions and getting answers, they walked me through the different aspects of the company and role, and they tied that in to behavioral questions and personal experiences. Overall, the interview was difficult, but the way it was executed made it less nerve-wracking.
