Quick interview process, completed 4 interviews within 3 weeks. First the talent scout then three panel interviews with various company members. The questions for the most part were what you expect for the position, however, the director of purchasing and senior accountant did ask accounting questions that were not related to the role. My understanding of this was that they are short handed across the accounting team and need help also.
