There are three rounds to this organization’s hiring process. The first round is by phone - a Q&A phone interview lasting around 15 minutes. If they choose you for round two, you’ll do a face to face interview with 2-3 people. Round three comes as a surprise. They’ll send you assignments (they sent me four), and you’ll have 2-3 days to finish about 12-15 hours of free work. When it comes down to informing you if you got the job, don’t hold your breath. They’ll take what you gave them in the assignments, use it, and then ghost you.
