I found the job posting on my university's private career service. i went through 3 steps: (1) motivational interview with the head hunter, (2) technical interview with the manager, (3) motivational interview with lead and hr manager. For the 2nd step i had to prepare a business case which was sent to me a day before the interview by the head hunter
