Hiring interview was decent not too hard, a lot of competition. Took about 1 month from the acreening interview till the offer was made. As i have said the competition is very much as over 100 people went to the assesment

Online aptitude test...a lot of focus on decimals
Online group assessment. I found this awkward online and people more likely to speak over each other.
Video Interview. I haven’t had this yet but this is directly with Pfizer.

Na 2 korte tests volgde een uitgebreid gesprek met de HR. Deze was positief en constructief en bood de verschillende opties voor zowel nabije toekomst als op lange termijn. Ook werd heel uitgebreid uitleg gegeven over de functie en het bedrijf zelf.
