Initial HR screening was scheduled with a choice offered for one of three days during a Bank Holiday weekend. Interview itself was conducted very poorly, with interviewer quite stiff and impersonal, clearly reading interview questions from a page, and paid very little attention to the answers given. This lack of attention was quite apparent as she contacted me a number of minutes after the interview had concluded, as she did not realise there were more questions on the sheet which she had not seen, and forgot to ask during the first interview. Interviewer then failed to get back to me with details on my application process when contacted after a week of no updates, and therefore received no response from Pfizer in time for a scheduled assessment centre conducted as part of the position. One of the most impersonal, and amateur interviews I've experienced. Quite honestly a very poor introduction to the company, and a bullet-dodged if the rest of the hiring process is organised equally as inept as what I had experienced.

Consisted of a phone interview, group interview and final in person interview, the final interview was in person and focused more on college assignments and internship experience. Some questions of understanding of industry standards.
