Through job posting website. Got phone call after 5days. Temp. job. Interviewed with person in charge. Then 2nd interview with head of department. each about 30-60min. comfortable and relaxed atmosphere with good atitude

Pretty much the same as others here. Get someone to refer you!You will know if you are in the running , they contact you very quickly. Hire view- be natural, yes hard however they are looking for your comfort level in different circumstances. I totally at one point said "sorry forgot my train of thought" but I recovered. Not about perfection!! I received a call within a couple of days from hiring manager for phone interview. I have been in this a long time and with sit down interviews they poke you and poke you. They are trying to Rattle YOU! Why IDK its a crazy process. They have consulting companies tell them all kinds of stats that are just not normal. They are trying to see if you can take it , this is not for the weak at heart. Be Teflon and know this is an act. They will pick things a part. Don't take the bait! Unfortunately I too have waited in vain for a call back. Is it unprofessional YES, just move on and keep moving. I have not finished all together but will update
