Applied online. We met for a couple hours with several scientists. They asked about personality and qualities. Ways one believes they can contribute. They asked about research skills that will be heavily used in the lab.

Entrevista
The interview process was initiated with a scheduled phone screening. Following this, a date was set for a panel interview, individual team interviews, and then a tour of the workspace. Finally a short interview with the department manager.

Many standard interview questions about why you are interested in the position and what your goals for the future entail. There were also many questions regarding prior work and lab experiences.
There are HR phone screening and virtual interviews with the hiring manager and their team, and also people asking you several questions about your job experiences and technique that I have.

Entrevista
They wanted to hear me speak from my experience. I think it was well done. I believe that they were fair in their decision making process and that if my job application does not follow through, it is due to my shortcomings.
