Phone interview was fairly standard: tell me about yourself, what are your skills and experience, why did you leave your last job. In-person interview was decidedly prosecutorial. They tried to find a narrow area in which I had little experience then asked many obscure questions about that area, as if they were trying to prove to themselves I was unqualified for the job.

Since this was a drug metabolism job, they asked if I knew which drug metabolizing enzymes acted on a particular drug. This is something that's easy to look up but you probably wouldn't know unless you had worked with that drug. I didn't know off the top of my head.
After applying for the position, an internal recruiter reached out. It was a 30-minute phone call.
The next step was the interview with the hiring manager and this was done via video call.
It took about a month to go through this process.
The interview process was smooth but had to wait almost two months for their response.
Dinner on the previous night with the current employees to get to know and ask about causal questions and onsite interview including scientific presentation and 1-on-1 interviews for the rest of the day.

Entrevista
Interview process was a brief HR screening (15-20mins) to determine suitability for the position and then a comprehensive interview (60-70 mins) with the hiring manager and a panel of 4 team members, focused on both technical and behavioural questions.
