The interview was very fast and structured — the interviewer had a spreadsheet and asked each question one by one. It actually felt like it went well, but in the end I didn’t get the offer. Looking back, I think the format made it hard to show my personality or expand on my strengths. It seemed more like a checklist‑based evaluation than a conversation, so even though the interaction felt positive, the scoring probably didn’t land in my favour. It doesn’t necessarily mean I performed badly, just that someone else matched their criteria more closely on paper.
