2 layers minimum interview process with diff level of management
To submit few documents prior to attending interview
Two iv session. First with head of department. Basic question with a role play. Basically what you do in college, what is you strength etc
Second iv with internal. Include case study. It will took you hours. They will provoke you to see how you handle a situation
