Contacted by a recruiter after I applied on Linkedin. The position seemed like a good fit but did require more experience than I have presently. Went through several phone screen interviews and one on-line personality test. Again, I thought I was a good fit for the job but did not get an in-person interview. Was told I can apply again for positions as they come available. All in all it was a good interview process but not the outcome I was hoping for.
