HR set up a discussion with stakeholder pretty quick. Duscisson held with Skype. After interview they were trying to disappear and pretend they didn't see messages. They end up claiming they silently offer to the other person an offer and wait for him - and this was done by recommendation. So the point is - they are just searching for expert on labor filed but give a preference to people with internal recommendations.
