I was very excited about the opportunity and completed several rounds of interviews with multiple team members, including a video interview, a formal assessment, role-play scenarios, strategy discussions, and meetings with HR. The interviews themselves were engaging, and the team seemed genuinely passionate about their work. However, the overall interview process was extremely long, nearly four months from application to final decision, and communication was inconsistent. After completing all interviews and submitting references, I was told I would hear back within a few days, but received no updates for several weeks. I ultimately had to follow up myself to receive a decision. The role and team appear strong, but candidates should be aware that the hiring timeline is very slow and communication can lack follow-through. Setting clearer expectations and providing timely updates would improve the experience significantly.
