Firstly I chatted with recruiter from outsource company. Then was redirected to operational manager. He invited me on tech interview. Tech interview was good. Usual iOS questions, about UIKit, multithreading, data structures and algorithms. Then I received a test task. The test task was to fix bug in real Petcube iOS app project. It was a little bit hard, because you need to figure out how project works and understand how better to fix the bug. After successfully passing test task. I was invited to a meeting with PM/PO and CTO. There was personality questions and previous experience questions. A little bit tech questions from CTO. The last was call with CEO in America. I had an opportunity to ask several questions about their situation on market and overall. It was a nice talk. Then, I get a good offer. But declined it, because was not ready to work in startup rash and with two part-time iOS colleagues.
