I interviewed with the store manager, he was polite and asked me a lot of questions. He told me a lot about the grooming salon. I was only applying to be a groomer, he kept asking me if I would be interested in a management position. I told him I was not interested. He introduced me to the grooming salon manager at the time and also to a groomer and a bather. I talked to them for a while before leaving.

Met with the GM for an initial conversation about the role, company culture, and expectations. The discussion covered my background, how it aligns with the position, and key responsibilities. We also reviewed the next steps in the process, which include a follow-up meeting with department leadership and a potential on-site visit to meet the broader team.
