took a couple of weeks for the manager to figure out how to add me to the team since they where having issues with their store and their lead manager quitting on the spot. i got hired on the spot once i did get my interview, manager was very nice and just asked me basic questions.

very basic and standard questions. casual type of interview not a difficult interview to be honest. interviewer was chill and easy to talk to.
was offered a better position and declined the offer for this position

Super easy. Went in, had a flowing conversation with the store leader. Talked about my experiences and what the job entails. Not too many questions, just a sit down "get-to-know" you interview. Hired on the spot.
