Lengthy process - took 3.5 months to complete from initial contact to decision after role was put on pause by hiring manager. Was asked to come back for a second interview only to be asked the same questions as the first time around by the hiring manager because they forgot. Responsibilities of the role seemed to differ from what the hiring manager was truly looking for.
