Pretty simple interview. Lots of questions were asked. Most questions were "tell me a time when...". We walked through the store for the entire interview. Then had to sell a product. Got called back for a second interview for the day after. Repeated most of the same questions. Had to sell another item. Overall pretty easy. It helps to have some situations and answers at the ready.

What was a policy you didn't agree with and how did you deal with it?
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later
Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that

Entrevista
Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
