I applied a few times and had two different interviews with them. Each time, they seemed really friendly and asked to see pictures of my animals, etc. but then wouldn't tell me anything about if I was likely to get the job or not. I never heard back either time and wasn't given a reason as to why I wasn't hired. People I know who had much less work experience and animal experience were hired on the spot.

Asked a lot about previous jobs. Certain questions seemed orchestrated to try to catch you in a lie
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later
Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that

Entrevista
Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
