Easy, fast and fun. The interviewer was very professional and an animal lover. Easy to talk to and very detailed with all comments or responses. Be ready for many questions.
I went to two interviews, first one is getting to know you. second, they will ask you what you would do in these situations. asks about your customer service experience

Online application, resume, interview, and silence. Super easy. The manager seemed nice, but was definitely distracted. The Only negative was no follow up. A non-selection phone call or email would have been nice.

The interview process is very relaxed. 1-2 interviews typically. Show some personality. They want to see you're approachable and able to carry a conversation. Remember, they want people who are customer focused and will get along well in many different team dynamics.
