After filling out the online application. I was called by the manager in the same day. I was invited for an interview the next day. The manager talked the whole time during the interview and asked me couple simple questions. Then I was told that I would be contacted if they wanted me. I was not called back.
It was very forward and opening. I loved how she was patient with me and understanding. We had a lot in common with having dogs growing up and taking care of them properly.

Very easy. Interview was a breeze. Interviewer was very easy to talk to. Felt very comfortable during the whole process. I have nothing bad to say. Offered me a job on the spot

They did an initial phone screening which included a few basic questions then I met the person who did the phone screening then I met the store leaders before they offered me the job a few days later.
