      Everything is quite organised, all the steps very well explained, in my case I had 1 HR interview, 1 code challenge, 1 code presentation/tech questions, 1 engineering manager, 1 head of development and final just a call to present the offer. everything was super clear, what I had doubts, they scheduled a meeting and explained me.

      I rather prefer to say that they have a more human approach, not a simply a complex algorithm assignment and if you fail you're out. they really want to know you, your personal and professional achievements, the story behind who you are and how can you help the company to grow even more!

      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Personio en ene 2019

      Entrevista

      1. Short conversation with HR 2. 1h Interview with a team-lead 3. Big but relevant code-challenge 4. Second tech-interview, talked about my code-challenge 5. ? I was refused on the 4th step. It was a tough one. Really unfriendly. Felt like if they wanted to punish or to destroy me. They pointed me to some of my mistakes and non-mistakes and we talked about them. It's okay. It's that what it was supposed to be. But they did it in a really bad way. I've got big unpleasure and much stress. Finally I've got a refuse-letter. It was a really strange experience. No other company that interviewed me later or before behave this way. People at least can smile... Don't be so evil, please. We're all humans at least. Even if you have already decided to refuse someone - try to be more friendly please. Only after my fail I understood that they were looking for en EXPERT. Probably I'm not enough good for the role. But I wanted to be treated better :) To be honest I was glad to be refused because I wouldn't work in such team. Everyday stress? :) But HR-manager was really a perfect one. She made me happy for a while :) So bright person.
