Hire Manager indicated that he would like to schedule a follow up meeting and that they would return in less than 2 days...well nothing happened. this company is offering a HR platform solution for the purpose to improve the engagement also with candidates but then they are not following up. Poor! Stay away and not even get engaged with their recruiters. Waste of time.

I was part of a selection process at Personio and made it to the final interview. After completing all the stages and receiving the promise of feedback afterward, they simply stopped responding. No response, no decision, no closure. Just silence.
The most ironic thing is that this is a "human resources software" company, but what they demonstrate is a complete inconsistency between what they sell and what they practice. That a company supposedly focused on improving "people management" can't even close a selection process properly is, to say the least, shameful.
If you expect professional, transparent, and respectful treatment of your time as a candidate, this is not the place. The experience was a complete waste of time. Not only do you not receive a response, but they also keep you waiting under false expectations.
What could have been a good experience becomes yet another example of corporate posturing: a lot of "human-centric" aesthetics, but zero substance.
I would not apply again, nor would I recommend Personio to anyone who values serious and honest selection processes.

The selection process for the SDR position at Personio involved multiple rounds. It started with an initial screening call with a recruiter, followed by a more in-depth interview with a team member focused on behavioral and motivational questions. The tone was strongly aligned with Personio’s “human-centered” values — questions about mindset, communication style, and culture fit.
After that, there was a role-play exercise simulating a discovery call with a potential client, where they evaluated communication, objection handling, and structure. Finally, there was a case study focused on approaching the role, KPIs, and how you would prioritize your pipeline.
