The interview process with Personio was very satisfying. They have contacted me by email, arranging the 1st interview that went very smooth. The interview process is simple and efficient - they sent the link by email and the only thing I had to do was connected on time. The 1st interview was with the HR - Talent Acquisition specialist and he was very kind and polite. Unfortunately, I have not passed to the 2nd round, but to complete the good experience, Personio provides a feedback call with the candidates. What nice action! Even though I didn`t go to the end of the process I was very happy with the interview and the feedback call they provided to me.
