1st Zoom interview the recruiter was a no show and did not notify me. Casual 1st interview over zoom outlining what the company does its recent growth and plans for the future. The rest of the process was outlined to me as 3 or 4 more stages after that. Was told I would hear back in a few days on next steps whether successful or not. This was not the case. Overall very disappointed in the hiring process

Mehrere Stufen, basierend auch Erklärung der Rolle, einem Mock Call, und Feedback dazu. Nach drei Runden kam ich nicht weiter, aufgrund fehlender Akzeptanz von Feedback (ich hatte dieses in einem speziellen Fall in Frage gestellt)

Entrevista
The interview process was quite fast and very smooth with all of its many interviews. Communication was clear and I felt supported and valued from the very beginning of the process. There was clear instructions and tips for each interview, which made it feel safe and gave a chance to prepare and know a little bit of what to expect. All the interviewers were very professional as well as kind and friendly.

Entrevista
I had 3 interviews, all of them made with professionality, speed and respect. During the second one i did a roleplay, and in the last one i met 3 different people, but in general was really well made and fast. After 1 week maximum you can expect a feedback.
