3 phase interview . 1st phase after the screening is a discussion with a member of HR/recruitment team/member of the team you applied for. 2nd phase is the presentation of a case study that is provided to you. 3rd phase is a group discussion with members of the team you are going to join.

In-depth interview process Recruiter call (30 mins) Hiring manager interview (30 mins) Case study (~45 mins) - Three-split assignment that includes data analysis, platform improvements and product feature update Culture interview with future colleagues, skip-level manager and culture champion (3 calls at 30-45 minutes each) Overall it was a tough interview process with lots of prep required, especially for the case review. Heavy focus on culture but questions didn't really align to the company's values/ operating principles directly.
