Phone screening
Interview with Team Lead
Presentation style interview with Team Lead & Manager
Peer-Value-Founder interview (3x short interviews with 3 different people)
The interview process at Personio is excellent, all interviews were scheduled promptly, communication throughout was constant from the recruiter, and overall each person I met was as friendly and helpful as the next .
You could tell that each person in each stage wanted to give you the best chance to succeed and there was never any questions that were asked to catch me out.
As a HR Solution provider you would expect Personio's process to be pretty spot on, and it was start to finish.

Mehrere Stufen, basierend auch Erklärung der Rolle, einem Mock Call, und Feedback dazu. Nach drei Runden kam ich nicht weiter, aufgrund fehlender Akzeptanz von Feedback (ich hatte dieses in einem speziellen Fall in Frage gestellt)

Entrevista
The interview process was quite fast and very smooth with all of its many interviews. Communication was clear and I felt supported and valued from the very beginning of the process. There was clear instructions and tips for each interview, which made it feel safe and gave a chance to prepare and know a little bit of what to expect. All the interviewers were very professional as well as kind and friendly.

Entrevista
I had 3 interviews, all of them made with professionality, speed and respect. During the second one i did a roleplay, and in the last one i met 3 different people, but in general was really well made and fast. After 1 week maximum you can expect a feedback.
