Three interviews. All with the owner. He is a no nonsense knowledgeable businessman. He asks the usual questions about sales, marketing, and work experience. Second Interview is a mock sales pitch to the owner. Third interview is tough, with in-depth probing into your ability and knowledge of the photography and sales fields.
