Video recording where I sent a recording of myself answering questions to who knows who. I was unable to ask the interviewer any questions or get a sense of whether or not I would want to work for this company. Highly unprofessional. I stopped half way through.

Recruiter set up the interview with hiring manager. Met with two people during the interview. Did not need to come back for a second round. Questions were straight forward and about past work experience. Nothing too crazy.
