The interview process felt disorganised and inefficient, with conflicting feedback from the interviewers and recruiter. Unfortunately, it didn’t reflect well on the company's internal alignment. Based on my experience, I’d advise others to consider carefully before investing significant time in their interview process.

The interview process involved multiple rounds of meetings with hiring manager, key leaders and team members. Sales skills like prospecting, pitching, forecasting etc. was tested through questioning and expanding on previous experience.
