I submitted my application and received a phone call from the VP of Human Resources asking me to come in for an interview. There was no initial phone screening.
I had a panel interview with the VP of Human Resources and the hiring manager that lasted approximately 45 minutes. Questions asked were mainly about my resume and my history with my current employer. The position I was interviewing for was brand new and I was surprised that I was not asked any situational type of questions related to the position I applied for.
Despite being handed a business card by the HR manager and reaching out to her, I did not hear back from anyone until I received the automatic standardized rejection letter a month later. That said, the overall experience was ok.
