Applied online with an employee referral. I was shortlisted and had the interview online. Two employees interviewed me, honestly they were nice. I was a little nervous in the beginning, but it all went away after 10mins. Introduced myself and they asked me to go through two projects in my portfolio. They spoke about the company and answered my questions. Part of me knew I wouldn't get through because I sensed a weird energy coming from one interviewee.
The interview process usually unfolds in several stages, designed to help both the candidate and the organization get to know each other better. It often begins with an initial screening, which can be a short phone or video call. This stage is less about testing and more about having a relaxed conversation—confirming the candidate’s background, interests, and career goals, while also introducing the company culture and role expectations.
