After 2 emails we scheduled a video chat. The interview was about 45min. It was quite nice. All in English. Very straightforward. The main purpose was to see if I fitted exactly in the requisites. They have many applicants so you have to be exactly what they are looking for.

It consisted of 6 steps which were based on conversations by different managers to get a perception of my personality, work experience and if I would really fit to that position. I liked it a lot, since it was different to many companies. Instead of doing a one time role play or basic test, they really took time to understand my skills and value I could add for them
