I'm still currently in the process of interviewing for the position but the entire process has been very casual. Completed a phone interview that lasted roughly an hour and then was invited to one of their offices to conduct a formal interview.

Fairly simple, many rounds of interviews but that's what they're looking for. Looks like a great place to work. Overall great experience and they're weighing out there options which is fair
PCI does a great job vetting candidates with their interview process, the company is very appealing for anyone looking for a community in the office. Focused on profits and forecasting as much as any other construction management company.
Boardroom meeting with 6 different team members ranging from senior management in a round table setting. The meeting was scheduled at thier main office. Greated by the front desk and escorted back to the board room. Very timely.
