We are not a start up, but our YoY revenue growth has been 30-50% or more and we doubled our team size last year. Given these growth rates, we do move quickly and it seems the timing simply didn't align in this instance. I was able to go back and confirm we were transparent with all candidates in initial stages for this role around the steps of the process as well as ensuring we connected with each candidate every two business days to avoid folks feeling ghosted. The person you were meeting with needed to get out to Salt Lake City on a very last minute but urgent trip and the timing impacted your interview.
