I waited on the call for 10 minutes and then emailed the HR team. The HR representative called back, apologized for the oversight, and rescheduled the interview for December 19, 2024. Round 2: The second round took place on December 21, 2024. I successfully cleared this round and was shortlisted for the final interview. Round 3: The final round was held on December 23, 2024. After the final round, communication from the company abruptly stopped. I waited until after Christmas and followed up with both the recruiter and HR. Despite my efforts, the HR representative neither answered my calls nor returned them. The recruiter later informed me that the position had been filled through internal hiring. I feel deeply disappointed with how this process was handled. I invested two valuable weeks of my time, only to be ghosted without any formal rejection or communication regarding my candidature. This lack of professionalism is frustrating and disheartening.
