It was a simple call setup by recruiter. Set up phone with the H-1B. The interviewer was not a cloud architect and instead quized me on coding. I dont recall applying for a developer role.

What are doing now. Why are looking. Can you code Java, J2EE, PHP, Python and anything we like. Interviewer made it clear he was not an architect and no idea what to ask me... Seriously..
